The Most Unhealthy Food

Do you eat to live or live to eat? Old proverb says that we eat to live. Do you agree? This is enough popular truth. However not every food is useful, we eat lots of junk food nowadays. Eating unhealthy food is a straight road to obesity, heart diseases, illnesses of gastrointestinal tract. Junk food shortens people's life.

Fat food results in weight gaining. Plenty of food, which contains large quantity of substitutes and dyes, poisons an organism gradually, however it also causes addiction.

Boiled food dulls sense of satiation. A coarse vegetable food stimulates work of the digestive system. Therefore it's better to form your daily ration that it contained as many raw vegetables and fruits as possible.

List of the Most Unhealthy Food 1. Chewing candies, pastila, "maybone", lollipops. They contain enormous amount of sugar, chemical additions, dyes, substitutes etc.

2. Chips, both corn and potato are very harmful for an organism. Chips are nothing else than mixture of carbohydrates and fat, in the cover of dyes and taste substitutes. Eating of French fries will also bring nothing good.

3. Sweet aerated drinks are mixture of sugar, chemicals and gases, which help to distribute harmful substances faster in the body. Coca-Cola, for example, is a great substance against lime scale and rust. Aerated sweet drinks are harmful also because of high sugar concentration - in an equivalent four-five tea-spoons diluted in a glass of water. Therefore, you will be thirsty again in five minutes already when quenching your thirst with such fizzy water.

4. Chocolate bars. It's a giant amount of calories in combination with chemical additions, genetically modified products, dyes and flavors.

5. Sausages. Meat delicacies remain one of the most harmful food. They contain so-called hidden fats (pork skin, lard, internal fat), all of these is hidden with flavors and taste substitutes. Many producers of meat production use transgenesis. Thus different types of sausages consist of 80% of transgenic soy.

6. Fat meat promotes formation of cholesterol plaques on vessels, what accelerates aging of an organism and leads to the origin of cardiovascular diseases.

7. Mayonnaise. Mayonnaise is a very high-calorie product, it also contains the enormous amount of fats and carbohydrates, and also dyes, sweeteners, substitutes etc. Not only mayonnaise, but also catchup, different sauces and fillings belong to the number of unhealthy food which are present in a wide assortment in our shops. Unfortunately harmful meal contents not less of dyes, taste substitutes and gene-modified products.

8. Quick-cooking noodles. Such kind of food consists of complete chemicals, which no doubt harm your organism.

9. Salt. Salt lowers blood pressure, affects salt-acid balance in an organism, promotes accumulation of toxins. So if you can't refuse yourself in it, try not to apply it in a great quantity at least.

10. Alcohol. It prevents assimilation of vitamins even in the small quantity. Alcohol also is a very high-calorie product.

You can consider this information about junk food or reject it, but remember that unhealthy food makes us unhealthy people. So you are living proof of an old saying - "You are what you ate."
